Refund and Returns Policy

Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We stand behind what we make. If something isn’t right, you have 30 days from delivery to start a return. After that, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange—but we’ll always try to point you in the right direction.

What can come back?

Your item must be unused, in the same condition it arrived, and still in its original packaging. A few things can’t be returned (we know it’s a little boring, but rules are rules): perishable goods like food or flowers, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases. Also non‑returnable: gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health/personal care products.

Always keep your receipt or proof of purchase – we’ll need that to help you. And please don’t send your item back to the manufacturer; send it to us, and we’ll handle the rest.

When we might give a partial refund

  • Books that look well‑loved (visible wear)

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or vinyl

  • Items missing parts or damaged through no fault of ours

  • Returns that arrive more than 30 days after delivery

How refunds work

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm we’ve got it, then let you know if the refund is approved. If yes, we’ll credit your original payment method automatically. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.

Still don’t see your refund?

Check your bank account again. Then call your credit card company or bank—sometimes there’s a processing lag. If you’ve done all that and still have questions, reach out to GodfreyCub41@hotmail.com.

Sale items

Only full‑price items can be refunded. Sale items are final sale—so grab them while they’re hot!

Exchanges

We only exchange defective or damaged items for the same product. Email us at GodfreyCub41@hotmail.com to set that up.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and sent straight to you, you’ll get a gift credit once the return is processed. If it wasn’t marked as a gift (or the giver shipped it to themselves first), the refund goes back to the original purchaser.

Return shipping

You cover the cost of shipping returns—that’s non‑refundable. If you get a refund, we’ll deduct the shipping cost from it. For expensive items, use a trackable service or buy shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return otherwise.
